Nicole Bendaly, President

Nicole’s research in organizational behaviour began almost 20 years ago and she now focuses her attention on helping organizations to develop the factors most critical to the performance of their teams and leaders.  She has applied her research to the development and delivery of leadership and team development programs and assessment tools, a number of which are being used in over 200 organizations across North America. Nicole is a dynamic speaker and facilitator on topics impacting organizational, team and leadership performance, all of which help people to tap into the best of themselves and those they work with.

Nicole is the co-author of Improving Healthcare Team Performance: The 7 Requirements for Excellence in Patient Care. Her work in affecting culture change has also been published in the peer-reviewed Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Canada.
